Once we receive your order details, we'll process your refund right away. This will go back into your account within 3-5 working days.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to notify us within 30 calendar days of your purchase. No questions are asked and all we require is a photo or video of the issue so we can rectify it.
When you contact us, please provide your full name and order number. Once we have received communication from you, we will process your refund. This should take no longer than 3-5 working days.
We may ask you to send the pens back to us. If so, we will provide a paid postage envelope for you to pop the product in and send back.
We may send you a need set of pens if yours are faulty for some reason. If so, we will send them express the next working day, at our expense.
